RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns
We will happily accept returns as long as the request is received by us within 5 days of you receiving the item. You have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return to obtain a refund. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused/unworn.

The return shipping costs will be paid by the purchaser/customer. 

Once we receive and inspect the package, the refund will be processed, and you will receive a notification of the status of the refund. If the return is eligible, the full  value of the product will be refunded to your original payment. Please note that it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
Need a different size, or changed your mind on the color!? We will happily accept exchanges, as long as the request is received by us within 5 days of you receiving the item. You have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange to obtain an alternate item.

The purchaser/customer is responsible for return shipping in the event of an exchange. (TIP: You can try to avoid exchanges by reading product reviews and taking measurements to compare against the product size chart! See our page on how to measure your cat)

Once we receive and inspect the package, the exchange will be processed, and is subject to the standard processing and shipping times. You will be notified by email with a new tracking number once your new items ships. 

If you prefer a faster method to receive the new product, you can simply order the desired project, and submit a refund to us! This will speed up the process of getting the new items shipped to you.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
