Shipping + Delivery Policy
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This is when the order begins processing. When your order is done processing, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information, notifying you your item will be soon be shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive two separate emails if the items are being shipped separately.
Processing time for most orders is 3-7 business days. One your order is done being processed, it will ship out and you will receive an email with the tracking information. Due to the nature of availability and limited stock, some orders will take longer, and that will be noted in the product description. All good things are worth the wait ;)
Processing times are delayed due to COVID-19, we so ask that you please take this processing time into consideration. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. We appreciate your patience.
Most Orders are sent directly from our USA warehouse, speciality items may come from various other warehouses across the globe. Some items are speciality items that are handmade, which may take up to a month to arrive.
You will always get your order, so please do not worry.
What shipping options are available?
Standard US Shipping is Free on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50: Standard Shipping ($3.99) - Arrives 5-7 business days
Shipping upgrades are available, you will see these options during checkout.
Please see below the advised time frames for worldwide shipping:
USA: 5-7 days
Australia: 5-15 days
Canada: 7-17 days
South Africa: 20-30 days
Rest of World: 10-20 days
EU - 7-21 days
Please note: We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.
Where do your items ship from? Depending on what you ordered, your item will most likely be disbatched from our warehouse in the USA. We try our absolute best to source everything from the USA, but due to cost and availability, some items are sourced from China, and will ship from China. On the rare occasion that you experience a minor delay due to customs please please don't hesitate to contact us if there are any issues or concerns. We are here to help.
What if I entered the wrong address? If you have entered the wrong address for delivery please be sure to contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will try our best to correct it prior to dispatch. Please email email@example.com with the correct details and order number.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed, we are unable to change the address or delivery destination. Due to this error unfortunately, we are unable to refund the order. If this has occurred please contact your local post office to redirect this parcel to your correct address.
*Please be sure to enter the correct and full address at check out in order to avoid delivery issues or undeliverable orders.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
- We have a large assortment of products not always stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately, especially if they are from other fashion geniuses.
- You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
What about Duties, Tax and Charges?
- Custom Duties, Tax and Charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
